- Educate patients and families on post-procedure care
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols
- Manage patient flow and assist with pre- and post-operative processes
- Current healthcare license in the U.S.
- Prior experience in urology preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of urology procedures and patient care standards
- Valid state license
- Prior urology or surgical experience
- Additional certifications in urology care
- Experience working in a hospital environment
