What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal and critical care to a diverse patient population in a busy healthcare setting
• Collaborate with NICU team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and respond rapidly to urgent needs
• Assist with procedures and interventions as required for neonatal and critical patients
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
• Support the healthcare team with education and best practices for neonatal and critical care
• Ensure patient safety and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• Experience in neonatal or critical care settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Preferred:

• Prior experience in Neonatology or ICU settings
• BLS/ACLS certifications
