- Assist with surgical procedures, patient evaluations, and follow-up care within the urology specialty
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Provide patient education regarding urological health and post-procedure care
- Document clinical findings, procedures, and patient interactions accurately
- Support clinic workflows and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
Required:
- Valid MA state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Urology
- Strong clinical skills in urological assessments and procedures
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Experience with surgical assistive roles
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
