Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do
  • Assist with surgical procedures, patient evaluations, and follow-up care within the urology specialty
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
  • Provide patient education regarding urological health and post-procedure care
  • Document clinical findings, procedures, and patient interactions accurately
  • Support clinic workflows and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid MA state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Urology
  • Strong clinical skills in urological assessments and procedures
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred:
  • Experience with surgical assistive roles
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
