What You’ll Do

Provide specialized neonatal and perinatal patient care in a hospital setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Monitor and assess neonatal patients’ conditions, adjusting treatment as needed
Educate families on newborn care and health management
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
Assist in procedures related to neonatal care
Support the health and safety of neonatal patients throughout their hospital stay

What You Need

Massachusetts RN license and certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Prior experience working with neonatal or perinatal patients
Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment
