Massachusetts state license required - Experience:
Prior neonatal or perinatal experience preferred
- Pay package discussed upon application
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
- Provide specialized neonatal and perinatal patient care in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor and assess neonatal patients’ conditions, adjusting treatment as needed
- Educate families on newborn care and health management
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Assist in procedures related to neonatal care
- Support the health and safety of neonatal patients throughout their hospital stay
- Massachusetts RN license and certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician
- Prior experience working with neonatal or perinatal patients
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment
