This LPN position will be held in a Residential home setting. The LPN would be providing care to a small group (2-5) of individuals, and would have the same individuals on each shift. The Residential Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) reports to the Residential House Manager (RHM) for all programmatic duties, and is supported by the Director of Nursing for all nursing-related duties, policy, and practice.
