Venture Community Services in Worcester, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a residential home setting for a small group of residents (2–5). Schedule includes daytime shifts with a total of 16 hours weekly.
The LPN reports to the Residential House Manager and, with the Director of Nursing, carries out plans of care, attends appointments when possible, and helps train direct care staff to ensure health and safety for all residents.
