Valid Nurse Practitioner license in MA (or eligible) - Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in Neonatology or Critical Care

- Provide high-quality neonatal and critical care to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Manage and coordinate patient care during assigned shifts
- Document clinical findings and interventions accurately
- Support family education and emotional needs of patients and their families
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- 2+ years experience in Neonatology or Critical Care/Intensive Care units
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight and weekend shifts
