Mon-Fri 5 PM – 8 AM, and full weekends (Saturday and Sunday 7 AM – 7 PM, 7 PM – 7 AM) - Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours
- Employment Type: Contract/Temporary
- License/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in MA required
- Experience: Prior Neonatology or Critical Care experience preferred
- Hourly Pay: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application)

- Provide expert neonatal or critical care to neonates in a high-acuity environment
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Administer treatments and assist with procedures as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately in accordance with hospital protocols
- Support and educate families of neonatal patients
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Massachusetts
- Neonatology or ICU experience preferred; at least 1 year of relevant experience required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- BLS and NRP certifications (if applicable)
