- Provide comprehensive outpatient diabetes care
- Manage patients with complex endocrine and metabolic conditions
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary Endocrinology team
- Practice five clinical days per week split between UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester and Health Alliance-Clinton Hospital in Leominster
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care
- Collaborate with a well-established Endocrinology and Diabetes team in an academic environment
- Use the Epic EMR system
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- NP or PA certification
- Massachusetts NP or PA license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Preferred: 3+ years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine
- Preferred experience managing patients with diabetes
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
Demonstrates expertise in providing comprehensive outpatient diabetes care and managing complex endocrine and metabolic conditions. Proficient in utilizing the Epic EMR system while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary Endocrinology team.
