- 1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- 2. Massachusetts Registered Nurse License.
- 3. Certified Nurse in the Operating Room (CNOR) credentialing.
- 4. Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
- Preferred:
1. Experience/Skill:
Required:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an OR. 2. Has demonstrated leadership potential.
3. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Understands and demonstrates the concepts of conflict resolution. Able to direct others and negotiate for desired results.
4. Strong thorough knowledge of computer systems and software. - Preferred:
1. Membership and participation in professional nursing and community organizations.
