Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) & Registered Nurse (RN)

Full-Time, Part-Time & Weekend Shifts Available | New Graduates Welcome

Available Shifts

  • First Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Full-Time or Part-Time)

  • Weekend Dedicated: Every other weekend, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (RN or LPN)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct resident care, including medication passes, complex wound treatments, and routine clinical monitoring.

  • Conduct admissions, focused patient assessments, and timely care-plan revisions.

  • Direct and partner with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to maintain safety, hygiene, and individualized care routines.

  • Document interventions promptly and accurately in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

  • Act as the clinical point-of-contact for attending physicians, incoming shift handoffs, and family inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.

  • Valid CPR / BLS certification.

  • Motivated new graduates or seasoned clinical nurses ready to make an immediate impact.

  • Solid clinical intuition, triage ability, and empathetic communication.
