Available Shifts
First Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Weekend Dedicated: Every other weekend, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (RN or LPN)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct resident care, including medication passes, complex wound treatments, and routine clinical monitoring.
Conduct admissions, focused patient assessments, and timely care-plan revisions.
Direct and partner with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to maintain safety, hygiene, and individualized care routines.
Document interventions promptly and accurately in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Act as the clinical point-of-contact for attending physicians, incoming shift handoffs, and family inquiries.
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
Valid CPR / BLS certification.
Motivated new graduates or seasoned clinical nurses ready to make an immediate impact.
Solid clinical intuition, triage ability, and empathetic communication.
