Role Overview
Job Summary
:
Acts as a senior clinical leader bridging facility-level nursing teams and corporate operations to standardize care, mentor local Directors of Nursing (DONs), and enforce health standards for Regal Care of MA.Reports To
: VP of Clinical
Regulatory Compliance
:
Ensure all regional facilities adhere to state, federal, and CMS guidelines, managing survey preparations and state health inspections.Clinical Quality & Audits
:
Monitor patient care standards, conduct regular documentation and chart reviews, and implement corrective action plans.Staff Leadership & Training
:
Mentor local Director of Nursing coordinate regional training curricula, and assist with clinical recruitment needs.Budget & Operations Support
:
Collaborate with executive directors to manage nursing budgets, staffing ratios, and medical resource allocation.
Licensure
:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.Education
:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
Master’s Degree (MSN or MHA) often preferred.Experience
: 5+ years of progressive nursing experience, including 3+ years in multi-facility or facility-level nursing leadership (such as a DON or Resident Services Director).Travel
:
Regular local or regional travel between assigned facilities. [1]
