In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and deliver expert care with a high degree of autonomy. · Perform lifesaving procedures and manage complex conditions

· Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
· Conduct in-depth health histories and physical examinations
· Analyzes data collected to determine health status and identify differential diagnoses based on history, physical exam, and clinical findings.
· Develop and implement care plans with physicians and patients
· Manage therapeutic interventions and perform advanced procedures
· Reassess and modify plan treatment plans to achieve medical and health goals.
· Documents and communicate care outcomes and clinical findings to determine effectiveness of plan of care.

* Qualifications:

** For Nurse Practitioners
· Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (preferably ACNP/AGACNP)
· Current Massachusetts NP license
· Board Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
· Acute Care/Critical Care clinical experience required
