Position Details

• Role: Kennel Attendant / Cleaner
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: $18 - $20 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time; flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

• Clean and maintain kennels, cages, exam rooms, treatment areas, and hospital equipment
• Vacuum, mop, and perform routine floor and carpet care
• Wash, fold, and organize patient towels, blankets, and hospital laundry
• Disinfect surfaces while following hospital sanitation and infection‑control protocols
• Remove trash and help maintain an organized hospital environment
• Monitor inventory and notify the team when supplies need to be restocked
• Assist clients courteously while providing excellent customer service
• Follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Support the veterinary team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming hospital

• Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working around cats, dogs, and occasional wildlife
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent organizational skills
• Passion for helping animals by supporting a clean, healthy environment
