Quality Supervisor: Lead CI, Training & Compliance

The Judge Group is seeking a Quality Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Worcester, MA area.

Worcester, MA | Salary: $60,000 – $80,000

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using SPC, capability studies, Gage R&R, and PIT teams
• Develop and deliver hands‑on quality training across operations
• Oversee SPC and Gage R&R systems, ensuring effectiveness and data integrity
• Coordinate the Corrective Action (CAR) process and support root cause analysis
• Act as customer quality contact and support issue resolution
• Participate in APQP activities and promote use of quality tools pre‑production
• Serve as backup ISO/QS Management Representative and QA Manager designee
• Provide guidance to QA staff and cross‑functional teams
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Authority to stop nonconforming processes and hold product from shipment

• Technical or mechanical background preferred
• Working knowledge of ISO 9000 and Total Quality principles
• Experience with SPC, Gage R&R, CARs, and continuous improvement tools
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
• Proven problem‑solving, analytical, and team leadership abilities
• Knowledge of group dynamics and change management
• Lab or metallurgical experience a plus
• SQE, ASQ, or ASME certification preferred
