Senior Quality Engineer

• Define and implement quality assurance strategies and test plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test suites for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Oversee the automation of regression and sanity test cases, ensuring coverage and reliability.
• Enable automated data setup for recurring test scenarios to streamline test execution.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and drive root cause analysis for critical issues.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering roles within software development environments.
• Hands‑on experience with modern testing tools and technologies (e.g., Selenium, Postman, REST Assured)
• Strong hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and other database languages.
• Experience with implementing QA tools for automation, performance testing, and defect tracking.
• Strong hands‑on experience with web application testing, ETL workflow validation, and API testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross‑functional collaboration.

Demonstrates extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering, with a strong focus on automated and manual testing strategies, CI/CD integration, and effective communication with cross‑functional teams.
