Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Responsibilities
- Lead quality engineering initiatives, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
- Develop, improve, and maintain Quality Management System documentation, process controls, and manufacturing procedures.
- Partner with engineering, production, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues and support new product development.
- Interpret technical drawings, perform risk assessments, and ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide training on quality systems, statistical process control, and structured problem solving.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard day shift hours
Pay: $110,000 - $145,000 annually
Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physical Science, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of manufacturing quality engineering experience.
- Strong experience with ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems (QMS), statistical analysis, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and apply quality engineering principles within a manufacturing environment.
