The Town of Berlin is seeking applicants for a Property Lister. Working under the Assessing Director, the role inspects properties, ensures data accuracy, updates the CAMA software, and tracks real estate sales, including deed boundaries.
Familiarity with CAMA systems and municipal assessing processes is preferred; previous experience in property appraisal, real estate, or related fields is a plus. This is a 25-hour per week, benefited position, paying $25.08 per hour.
