You’ll coordinate routine maintenance, plan owner-approved improvements, and handle crisis responses to ensure a well-maintained portfolio. You will work with Property Managers and subcontractors, developing policies for inspections, reporting, and proactive upkeep while aligning with owner goals and tenant needs in a collaborative team
