Scientist, Research Scientist

We are seeking a Scientist / Senior Scientist (Contract) to join a growing Process Development team focused on next-generation RNA therapeutics.

This is a hands‑on laboratory role supporting the development and scale‑up of RNA‑based drug substance and drug product processes, including lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation and nucleic acid manufacturing workflows
. The successful candidate will contribute directly to experimental design, execution, and analysis of process development studies supporting preclinical through early clinical programs.

• Support development and scale‑up of GMP manufacturing processes for RNA‑based therapeutics and lipid nanoparticle formulations
• Execute production of high‑quality RNA material for in vitro and in vivo studies
• Evaluate critical process parameters and support scale‑up strategy development for nucleic acid and LNP systems
• Design, execute, and analyze process development experiments; maintain clear documentation including lab notebooks and protocols
• Collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment to advance platform capabilities

• BS (0–3 years industry experience) in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• Experience with nucleic acids, nanoparticles, or other biomanufacturing technologies strongly preferred
• Exposure to process development, GMP manufacturing, or CMC environments is a plus
• Familiarity with RNA or mRNA manufacturing is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple parallel experimental workflows
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a highly collaborative team setting
