Clinical Director, Clinical Research - Lymphoma

Responsibilities

• Planning and directing clinical research activities involving new or marketed Oncology medicines
• Manage the entire cycle of clinical development, including study design, initiation, monitoring, analysis, regulatory reporting, and publication
• Evaluating pre‑clinical and translational work for generating clinical development plan and IND applications
• Developing clinical development strategies
• Planning clinical trials based on strategies
• Monitoring and managing ongoing or new clinical trials
• Analyzing and summarizing clinical findings from studies
• Participation in internal and joint internal/external research project teams
• Supervise Clinical Scientists in study execution
• Work with a cross‑functional group of experts to manage clinical development
• Assist the Senior/Executive Director in ensuring corporate personnel are informed of study progress
• Maintain strong scientific fund of knowledge
• Author development documents, presentations, and budgets
• Facilitate collaborations with external researchers

• M.D or M.D./Ph.D.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical medicine experience
• Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in drug development or biomedical research or experience in academia
• Expertise in Adult Lymphoma
• Demonstrated record of scientific scholarship and achievement
• A proven track record in clinical medicine and background in biomedical research is essential
• Strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to function in a team environment are essential
