We are seeking a Biologist III to support Immunology Discovery research focused on human intestinal organoid biology, ex vivo tissue processing, and cell-based assay execution. The role involves culturing and maintaining primary human organoids, performing experiments using 3D cell culture models, testing biologics and small molecules in cell-based assays, processing human tissues, and generating molecular and cellular data to support early drug discovery programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of industry experience in a laboratory research environment.

• Human intestinal organoid culture and maintenance
• Primary human organoid culture
• Ex vivo human tissue handling and processing
• 3D cell culture models (Transwells, MPS/CIVM platforms)
• Primary cell culture and sterile aseptic techniques
• Cell-based functional assays
• ELISA
• MSD or Luminex assays
• Flow cytometry (FACS)
• qPCR
• Human tissue-derived cell isolation (organoids, fibroblasts, immune cells)
• Biologics and small molecule screening
• Immunology and early drug discovery research

• Cell-based assay development
• Multi-color flow cytometry
• Gene expression analysis using qPCR
• Experience with fibroblasts and immune cells (T cells, B cells, monocytes)
