Abb Vies Gastrointestinal (GI)/Immunology Discovery Research group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced invivo and in vitropharmacologistto play an integral role in advancing therapeutics to treat inflammatory GI disorders.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to understand thepharmacodynamic effectsof experimental medicines with GI relevant in vitro and in vivo assays.
The ideal candidate would work within the highly matrixed and collaborative
Discovery Immunology team toguidetest article screening and assay development as well asbuild biology packages forearly stage programs.
Experimental focus will be on developing andleveragingin vivo and in vitro systems tohelpunderstand the impact of test articlesinmucosal immunity.
The candidate is expected to design, execute,interpret and present innovative research to advance programs towards the clinic.
We are seeking a hands-on experimentalist who isproficientwithin vivo and in vitrocell biology research andhasdemonstratedscientificleadership with internal and external stake holders/experts.
