Bianca is looking for a hospitality-driven Bartender to join our passionate team in Chestnut Hill. Our restaurant is a vibrant blend of wood-fired cooking, craft cocktails, and warm, modern hospitality — and we’re searching for someone who brings that same energy behind the bar. At Bianca, we do more than serve food and drinks — we create moments. Whether it’s a weeknight pizza and cocktail or a celebratory dinner, every guest experience is shaped by our team’s attention to detail, warmth, and commitment to excellence.

- Guide bar guest experiences, from start to finish, taking guest orders, serving food and drink, and enthusiastically representing Bianca’s brand of hospitality.
- Seek meaningful connections with bar guests
- Use point of sale system in a timely, effective and consistent manner for all guest orders.
- Effectively execute steps of service, providing glassware, plate-ware, and all other items necessary
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food menus, wine by the glass, beer, and cocktails.
- Show a commitment to building knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
- Support all facets of service, including takeout, patio service + private events
- Execute all opening and closing bar duties and re-stocking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. Ensure the bar area is well-stocked and ready for service
- Store beverage and restaurant supplies in an organized and thoughtful way
- Communicate with management on guest experiences, both positive and negative
- Responsibly serve alcohol, check IDs and make informed, smart decisions on when to serve guests, referring to management when needed
- Assist other areas of the restaurant as necessary
- Experience as a bartender and delivering hospitality-driven service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Commitment to guest service and teamwork
