Prepare, cook, and assemble concession menu items according to established recipes, build sheets, and portion standards;
Execute service efficiently during high-volume game days and events while maintaining food quality and speed of service;
Operate and monitor cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, flat tops, ovens, and warmers safely and correctly;
Maintain proper food holding, cooking, and cooling temperatures in accordance with food safety guidelines;
Complete required temperature logs, production logs, and other food safety documentation as assigned
