Overview
We are hiring immediately for a full time COOK position.

Full time;
Days may vary, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm and 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
Fixed Pay Rate: $20.25 per hour.

Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
- Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning, ensuring proper temperature, and presenting food attractively.
- Follow established ticket procedures and maintain records from the area worked during service.
- Clean kitchen after preparation and serving; store or discard excess food per safe handling procedures.
- Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized; store food and supplies per standards.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
- Assist in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
- Assist in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
- Report maintenance needs, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Attend in-service and safety meetings; maintain safe working relationships with coworkers and managers.
- Perform duties safely and maintain a clean, safe work environment; comply with HACCP standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and protective equipment requirements.
- Prior cooking experience is preferred.
