PM Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused leader who is passionate about hospitality and team development.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
• Supervise and support front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels
• Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve operational efficiency
• Monitor sales and financial performance, contributing to achieving revenue targets
• Take on server or bartender shifts when needed

• Proven experience in restaurant supervision or management, preferably in a pizzeria or casual dining setting
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus
• Bartender experience
• Serve Safe certified
