We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Director to join our team. The Food Service Director will oversee all aspects of food preparation, service, and quality control within our facility. This individual will be responsible for menu planning, ordering supplies, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

li>Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents li>Oversee food preparation, portioning, and presentation li>Manage inventory and ordering of food and kitchen supplies li>Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, servers, and dishwashers li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards li>Collaborate with other departments to coordinate meal schedules and special events li>Monitor food costs and budgetary guidelines /ul>  >

Qualifications:
