Overview
Hyannis Country Garden is seeking Seasonal Laborers to assist in the Garden Department. Part Time or Full Time. Seasonal. Must have weekend availability.
Responsibilities- Work in the Pick Up Area assisting Customers to load products into their vehicle.
- Receive and display green goods and hard goods merchandise as directed.
- Assist customers with GARDEN selling skills in accordance with training card program.
- Maintain company standards as stated in policy manual.
- Receive instructions for new assignments directed daily through a working task list.
- Demonstrate physical ability and endurance to lift heavy objects repeatedly and work in all kinds of weather.
- A basic knowledge of plants and plant maintenance is desirable but not required.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with the public are required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a laborer in the landscape industry is helpful but not necessary.
