District Sales Manager

The District Sales Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of Spirit Halloween stores within a designated district, ensuring profitability, effective execution of company strategies, and a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, providing in-field coaching, and fostering a positive store environment. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Worcester, MA, requiring regular travel within the district to support stores and their teams.

• Retail management experience, including staff supervision, store operations, and inventory management
