Job Overview
As a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, you will support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities include receiving and organizing merchandise, picking, packing, processing trailers, retrieving orders from the back‑of‑house storage, and delivering orders curbside to customers. You will monitor alerts to ensure the ready‑on‑time completion of Buy Online Pickup In‑Store (BOPS) orders and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently.
You will also greet shoppers warmly, resolve issues, and deliver orders curbside with care, directly impacting customer satisfaction and overall store performance.

- Focus on the customer from greeting to active listening and issue resolution, building trust through personal, helpful interactions on the floor, during curbside pickups, or via accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves as needed.
- Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
- Strive to improve every day, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be able to:
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.

Physical Requirements
- Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 50lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level.
- Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
