Summary

The Associate Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales, client development, and team performance at the Chestnut Hill boutique. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining visual and operational standards, and developing the sales team through coaching and accountability. The manager acts as a brand representative and contributes to meeting store financial and KPI targets.

• Achieve individual sales targets and inspire the team to meet goals
• Develop, maintain and expand the customer base, including high-profile clientele
• Implement and manage the boutique’s client outreach program to drive financial performance and KPIs
• Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager and assist in store operations
• Motivate team members, build morale, and drive results through goal setting and accountability
• Ensure superior visual presentation by assisting with interpretation and implementation of visual directives
• Deliver operational excellence across all store processes and assist in recruiting, training and retention

• 2+ years of manager experience at a high-end retailer
• Strong client relationship management and sales skills
• Proven leadership ability to coach, motivate and develop a retail team
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, strategic problem solver with passion for footwear and accessories
