Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.;
Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock and keeping product levels full to ensure 100% in-stock availability.;
Oversee quality control, merchandising, & food safety programs in locations that offer hot food.;
Keep the store clean and maintain interior and exterior appearances; ensure coffee station and food service area are clean.;
Operate the cash register in an efficient manner and support Store Manager or District Manager as needed.
