A Day In The Life

As a Scan Coordinator, you’ll champion price accuracy and tag integrity, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. You’ll audit prices, verify shelf tags against store systems, and work closely with department teams to resolve discrepancies. You’ll also maintain signage and promotional accuracy, troubleshoot pricing issues, and support weekly ad execution.

• Price integrity & auditing skills: ability to verify pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies across departments.
• Technical proficiency: comfortable using store systems, scanning tools, and basic computer programs such as Excel and email.
• Attention to detail: strong focus on accuracy when updating shelf tags, signage, and promotional materials.
• Problem‑solving ability: identifies and resolves pricing issues independently and efficiently.
• Communication skills: collaborates with department leads, store leadership, and vendors to ensure pricing consistency.
• Organizational skills: maintains signage schedules, manages tag updates, and supports weekly ad execution.
• Customer service orientation: friendly and helpful attitude with a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
• Physical capability: able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs. during tagging and signage duties.
