The Retail Assistant Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T‑Mobile’s aspirations of earning a place in our customers’ hearts and Mobile Associate success.

• Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with a passion for T‑Mobile’s Manifesto and a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure every customer need is met and employees build customer confidence by creating a comfortable, simple experience and solving the whole problem.
• Observe and provide feedback on Mobile Associate interactions with customers for development, training, and coaching.
• Effectively manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, staying up to date on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices to remain an expert resource to the team.
• Interact directly with Mobile Associates to ensure they meet or exceed defined monthly success metrics and complete assigned training on time.
• Assist in maintaining store environment quality and adhere to national plan‑ogram standards, using visual displays and interactive devices effectively.
• Assist in the execution of Retail Methods & Procedures.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications.
• Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and identify ways to manage and control store expenses, including discounting and credits.

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Availability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with the ability to interact with teammates and customers.
