Pay Rate: $15.81 to $23.72

Our training department and Savers University develop and deliver robust training to every team member across the organization — from new hires to senior executives. We develop around 90% of our training internally and partner with renowned providers to supplement offerings.

• Must have a clean driver history and provide a driver’s abstract annually.
• Able to prioritize tasks and ensure tools and supplies are available when needed for CDC, retail, and production.
• Ability to read and write; customer service and good communication skills.
• Ability to concentrate and pay attention to detail; problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently without supervision.
• Ability to converse with the public, understand highway signs and signals, respond to inquiries, and make entries on reports and records.

Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averages and measurements) at the level normally required in high school.

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

• Bending and crouching up to 20% of the time

• Able and willing to navigate work environments with large machinery, heavy equipment, elevated and uneven surfaces, and moving forklifts
