O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom;
Ensure telephone calls are answered according to policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed;
Ensure returns are processed efficiently and refunds issued correctly;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store;
Delegate merchandising tasks and communicate Zipline messages;
Monitor adherence to posted work schedules and clock-in/out policies;
Perform store opening/closing duties and end-of-day procedures;
Secure money/deposits and manage deposits as needed;
Lock and secure building and delivery vehicles; arm/disarm security alarms
