Overview

We are building the first fully automated cannabis co-packing facility in Massachusetts. Our mission is to give cannabis brands access to manufacturing infrastructure that was previously only available to large-scale CPG companies - automated packaging, consistent quality, and the ability to scale without building it themselves.

The market needs this. Most cannabis brands are struggling with quality inconsistency, capacity limits, and the overhead of managing production in-house. We solve that.

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Executive to drive growth. This is a B2B solution sales role - you will be working directly with cannabis brand owners and operations leaders to understand their packaging challenges and show them how Dove can help.

This is an end-to-end sales role. You will generate your own pipeline, run discovery conversations, present solutions, and close business. You will also have support from an SDR who books qualified meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Run discovery calls with cannabis brands to understand their packaging needs, volumes, and pain points
  • Present Dove's capabilities and demonstrate how we solve customer problems
  • Manage your pipeline in CRM - prospecting, forecasting, activity tracking, deal progression
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure customer commitments are achievable and handoffs are clean
  • Build relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities to expand the partnership
  • Provide market feedback to leadership on customer needs, pricing, and competitive landscape
  • Represent Dove at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as needed
What We Are Looking For Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of winning new business
  • Based in Massachusetts or willing to be in-market regularly
  • Comfortable with consultative selling - understanding customer problems, not just pitching features
  • Experience selling to business owners, C-suite, or operations leadership
  • Comfortable working within defined processes - you understand that sales commitments become operational realities
  • CRM discipline - you log activity, update your pipeline, and forecast accurately
  • Self-starter who can manage their own calendar and hit targets without micromanagement

Preferred:

  • Existing relationships with Massachusetts cannabis brand owners or operators
  • Experience in cannabis, manufacturing, packaging, or industrial services
  • Familiarity with the Massachusetts cannabis market

If you have strong MA cannabis relationships but limited formal B2B sales experience, we are open to a conversation. If you have strong B2B sales fundamentals but no cannabis background, we are also open to a conversation.
