This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Worcester, MA. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored workplace solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution is also essential.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for developing client relationships and delivering presentations
- Proven ability in negotiation, sales strategy, and contract management
- Experience in project management and working closely with internal teams to achieve goals
- Understanding of design principles, workplace optimization, or related fields is a plus
- Driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in creating solutions tailored to unique client needs is an asset
