Director of Enterprise Sales
FCM provides corporate travel solutions, managing national and global travel programs for medium and large businesses.
About the OpportunityAs a senior member of the US Enterprise Sales team, you will manage a portfolio of multinational prospects, driving growth through customer success, technology adoption, and global expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and project manage complex sales cycles for enterprise prospects, maintaining a robust pipeline, active sales funnel, and accurate CRM records.
- Generate and qualify enterprise prospects across industry sectors, building multi‑level relationships over 2‑5 year cycles.
- Develop and cultivate business relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision makers worldwide.
- Plan detailed account acquisition strategies based on client business and travel program objectives.
- Articulate FCM differentiators, create compelling value propositions, and customize solutions for C‑suite decision makers.
- Partner with regional sales and cross‑functional teams to formulate joint strategies and win at a global scale.
- Participate in sales and marketing initiatives and represent the FCM brand at industry events and conferences.
- Achieve individual financial targets and KPIs, contributing to enterprise team goals and overall growth.
- Manage multinational contract negotiations and handover to onboarding and business success teams.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment for all employees.
- 10+ years of B2B global sales experience, with at least 2 years acquiring enterprise‑size multinational customers.
- Existing book of relevant contacts at flagship companies and ability to secure key meetings.
- Strong consultative selling expertise and proven ability to meet targets.
- Track record of success in running high‑value, complex sales cycles end‑to‑end in the corporate travel sector, including technology sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at C‑suite level.
- Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and high‑level tools.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; outstanding experience will be considered.
- Understanding of FCM’s business and competitive landscape.

CompensationAnnual base salary of $130,000 plus commission and incentive earnings based on achievable targets.
