Position

Regional Account Manager – Full Time

General Summary

This position is responsible for creating demand for React Health Sleep and Respiratory Products as well as Software Solutions to Durable Medical Equipment Companies, physicians and clinicians. Accountable for sales growth of a defined territory, while communicating in a team environment to align resources to maximize React Health efforts in the geography.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in medical sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience calling on Physicians and Clinicians with a strong background in business and sales acumen.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships internally and with external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and flexible with the ability to multitask within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to function and excel in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient at conducting virtual meetings and presentations.
Preferred Education
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Preferred Experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and project‑management skills.
  • Successful track record of sales in the sleep and respiratory durable medical equipment market.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Experience with physical demands such as normal visual acuity and hearing, basic mobility, and computer use.
Working Conditions
  • Predominantly in an office environment. Less than 5% of time involves moving and lifting heavy networking equipment.
  • Travel and overnight travel required.
Duties and Essential Functions
  • Serve as a primary sales contact responsible for overall growth and management of new and existing DME/HME and/or sleep lab accounts within the defined territory.
  • Achieve assigned sales quota and profitability across all designated product lines.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and education/training to customer accounts via phone, web meetings, and in‑person visits.
  • Manage territory budget to maximize customer impact, including product and travel expenses.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal teams to achieve account‑specific objectives and improve overall customer experience.
  • Utilize and maintain a CRM database to track customer information, follow‑up correspondence, and sales analyses.
  • Increase knowledge of our products, industry, and competitive products and activity to referral sources.
  • Negotiate and communicate trading terms, pricing, and cost increases where relevant.
  • Focus on forecasting, internal communication, and understanding of retailer supply demands.
  • Support or facilitate resolution of client concerns.
  • Attend regional and national trade shows as requested by the VP of Sales.
  • May require occasional work outside normal business hours, including weekends.
  • Perform departmental duties and responsibilities as assigned, including managing expenses in accordance with company policy.
  • Attend and participate in departmental meetings, seminars, and training sessions to maintain professional competence and compliance.
  • Provide customer‑focused interactions.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice.
