About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and self‑motivated individual to support our Channel Partner Route‑to‑Market and manage the engagement between CDW and Rapid7 channel sales teams, as well as execute enablement activities. The role requires a results‑oriented, target‑driven mindset and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities- Support partner enablement activities to drive partner‑generated pipeline and complete partner‑sourced deals.
- Follow up on channel account‑based marketing campaigns developed with sales, channel, and marketing teams.
- Assist with integrated email and channel campaigns to generate new channel sales prospects.
- Ensure customer health and drive renewals for CDW.
- Encourage target partner contacts to attend marketing events and respond to campaigns.
- Collaborate with Regional Channel Account Managers to target prospect partners and build pipeline.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships with sales, marketing, and enablement teams.
- Report on demand generation, enablement, and pipeline on a regular basis.
- Meet and exceed KPIs, delivering a high quantity of qualified channel sales opportunities.
- 2‑3 years experience as a Channel Account Manager or similar channel role with proven account development and proactive outreach skills.
- Track record in a target‑driven environment, consistently achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced setting.
- Experience with in the channel partner ecosystem and a solid understanding of channel sales.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with CDW Account Managers, leadership, and partners.
- Ability to execute enablement and training sessions with CDW sellers and customers.
- Strategic planning and execution skills, analytical reporting, and account management with a focus on retention.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively within high‑performing teams.
- Previous experience in Software/SaaS/Security Sales is a plus.
- Commitment to embody core values and foster a culture of excellence.
The salary range for this role in the US is $93,500.00 - $ USD annually. This range may vary by location and does not include variable or incentive compensation, equity, or benefits (where applicable).
