• $20/hour guaranteed base pay

• Self‑motivated, driven, and results‑focused individuals
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communicators who handle objections confidently
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms
• Registered freelancer (1099)
• Must be located in Worcester
• Native or fluent English speaker

• Field outreach or door‑to‑door experience
• Experience with Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Hub Spot
