Position Summary

We are seeking a full‑time Market Development Specialist – Outside Sales Representative at W.B. Mason. The role focuses on driving sales through direct customer relationships and needs assessment.

Responsibilities

Your day will involve driving your assigned territory, meeting with local businesses to uncover their needs, and presenting W.B. Mason’s full range of workplace products and services. You will demo products, share web tools, provide custom pricing, and assist new customers with Masonville

GO. You will coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition of new accounts, and attend regular branch sales meetings.

Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, retail sales or related field
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Fluent in conversation, reading and writing in English
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
