Devoucoux is currently looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative in a region with strong equine potential and a focus on horse‑related activities, to cover the territory of New England (New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont & Rhode Island).

• Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory
• Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro‑Riders, Barns)
• Represent Devoucoux at horse shows
• Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best‑in‑class customer service

• Prior successful field sales experience
• Clean driving record and readiness to hit the road
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and a dynamic, independent personality
• Passion for riding and understanding of the English riding industry and horse shows

• Fixed salary and unlimited commission potential
• Company car, gas card, iPhone, and iPad

We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp‑up territory tailored plan. Potential salary including base + commissions:

• Year 1: $55 K (total includes base & unlimited commission)
• Year 2: $65 K–$85 K (total includes base & unlimited commission)
• Year 3: $75 K–$125 K (total includes base & unlimited commission)
