Devoucoux is currently looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative in a region with strong equine potential and a focus on horse‑related activities, to cover the territory of New England (New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont & Rhode Island).
What You'll Be Doing- Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory
- Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro‑Riders, Barns)
- Represent Devoucoux at horse shows
- Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best‑in‑class customer service
- Prior successful field sales experience
- Clean driving record and readiness to hit the road
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and a dynamic, independent personality
- Passion for riding and understanding of the English riding industry and horse shows
- Fixed salary and unlimited commission potential
- Company car, gas card, iPhone, and iPad

We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp‑up territory tailored plan. Potential salary including base + commissions:
- Year 1: $55 K (total includes base & unlimited commission)
- Year 2: $65 K–$85 K (total includes base & unlimited commission)
- Year 3: $75 K–$125 K (total includes base & unlimited commission)
