Regional Sales Manager
Lead, coach, and manage a regional sales team including representatives, associates, and merchandisers.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Set performance goals, KPIs, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to support business growth.
Manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, and customers.
Conduct customer meetings including pricing, promotions, and product expansion discussions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
Drive in-store execution including merchandising, pricing, and promotional compliance.
Monitor product quality standards and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Travel extensively to support field operations and customer engagement.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams on pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation.
Associate's degree required;
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
3 to 7 years of experience in sales, account management, or regional sales roles.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing sales teams.
Experience in food, CPG, or perishable goods industry preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Knowledge of retail execution, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
