Overview
FCX Performance/AMSCO is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process‑flow control company. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will interact with customers to determine their valve and pump needs, acting as a problem‑solver, trusted advisor, and technical expert in the applications of our products.
Responsibilities- Establish and expand relationships with current and prospective customers using regular sales calls, cold‑calling, industry networking, and customer recommendations to drive aggressive closure of all opportunities.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns.
- Maintain a strategic, organized, and technology‑savvy approach to managing your sales territory.
- Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as‑needed basis.
- Help set sales target goals and marketing strategies.
- Proven outside sales experience within industrial, hygienic, pharma, and/or life sciences arenas.
- Strong technical/industry knowledge.
- Previous experience with Prophet
21 (P21) highly desired. - Valves‑pumps‑flow control knowledge preferred.
- Self‑motivated and aggressive in sales tactics and strategies; desire to close sales.
- Computer proficiency including MS Office and SAP/ERP/P‑21 a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience may substitute for a degree requirement.

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is $100,000–$140,000 first year. This includes salary ($65,000–$80,000) depending on experience and uncapped monthly commission opportunities, based on net billings, plus some additional bonus opportunities.
