Inside Sales Representative – serves as the front‑line contact for customers, responsible for understanding equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and maintaining excellent customer service.

• Support telephone and walk‑in customers with rental inquiries.
• Understand customer equipment needs and recommend solutions.
• Negotiate and place orders while maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Deliver professional, courteous service at all times.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools and equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job.

Base pay range: $24.58 - $29.19 per hour. Pay may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
