Territory Sales Manager

Compensation

Compensation Pay Range: $39,000.00 - $90,000.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly, and performance premiums of varying amounts, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Responsible for calling assigned and new Professional Customer Accounts. Objectives include working with assigned store managers to achieve consistent professional account sales growth through selling company products and program offerings. Must project a professional image, follow policies and procedures, and operate territory economically and efficiently. Maintain customer base and increase sales volume on assigned accounts. Manage accounts to best serve the professional customer and keep up-to-date records.

Grow business by remaining competitive and maximizing profit opportunity. Pursue new prospective accounts with weekly cold calls. Aggressively promote and provide training on all company programs. Ensure designated call schedule in the Sales Call Management Tool and update at each store. Provide customer service support, handle credit issues, act as liaison on labor claims, and communicate key information via daily tools.

Attend scheduled calls and meetings, participate in trade shows and training. Manage extensive driving and maintain a professional image and attire. Follow all company policies and maintain valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of auto repair, parts, equipment and systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable Transportation.

• Technical training or schooling.
• TSM Track in Fast Track Training.
