Viridian Staffing's client is looking for Cannabis Retail Sales / Dispensary Agents for an exciting, fast-paced cannabis dispensary in the Greater Worcester, Massachusetts, area. This is a temporary opportunity that could become a full-time, permanent position for exceptional performers.

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the original Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Management Firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis/hemp industry. You will use your exceptional customer service skills and sales experience to drive sales growth at the dispensary. You are a team player and have the ability to build relationships quickly with your fellow employees and customers.

Your knowledge about the cannabis plant gives you the ability to provide a great customer experience by providing customers with all information and resources available to help recommend the right product to best suit their needs.

If you are an organized multitasker with great communication skills, always give 100%, and have proven your ability to use your cannabis and hemp knowledge to establish credibility & rapport with customers, building professional, long-term relationships with them, then this could be the right role for you.

Compensation: $20/hour
